What Is It? PictureBus works within the Online Albums and allows clients to make special image selections from their overall gallery, letting them add specific notes and even change the sequence of their selected images, before forwarding them to the photographer online. Every PictureBus submission is also catalogued in the photographer's control panel for clear and easy reference.
How Will It Help? PictureBus greatly speeds up communication between you and clients during the image selection process, particularly with say wedding clients picking their best images for their actual album, or even commercial clients choosing a spread of images from an assignment. What Is It? The Web Portal allows visitors access to their Online Albums directly via the photographer's website using the convenience of Album Categories for navigation. To further enhance Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) performance, the Web Portal Category pages operate using generated Search Engine friendly URL's.
How will it help? The Web Portal provides the convenience to organise your work with simple 'drag & drop' Album Category management. Of course, guiding visitors to your Online Albums directly through your own website greatly increases business activity around your images, whilst the SEO'd pages makes it more likely for a wider audience to find your work.
Print-Fulfilment
1Automated Print Fulfilment - seamlessly automates your order fulfilment to your customers through our pro Photo-Lab partners. Payments are processed in real time via WorldPay's secure payment gateway and orders are relayed automatically to the lab to fulfil and dispatch directly to your customers. (Includes Hi-res Digital Downloads).
2Assisted Print-Fulfilment - simplifies your workflow by relaying order details to your preferred Photo-Lab, who can then fulfil orders according to your own prior arrangements with them. Of course, this means supplying the Hi-Res files to the lab yourself, but the service is rendered Commission Free. (WorldPay payment processing fees apply).
3Self-Fulfil Your Online Orders - With this Commission Free service option, orders are accepted automatically online on your behalf, but the responsibility of organising the fulfilment & delivery of orders to your customers is down to you.

Online Orders Manager
What Is It? Provides photographers with a comprehensive history of their customer Online Orders, including reference thumbnails and all other details pertaining to each transaction, including special customer notes. All data may easily be filtered by album name, specific period or order status.

Centralises your entire online orders history for clarity and convenience, both in your order fulfilment process to your customers, as well as your own online order performance related to a specific period or album client. Further allows you to manage your Order Status as it appears to your customers online.
Order Tracking Manager
What Is It? Allows photographers the option to insert and manage a special Customer Order Tracking page directly through their website and works in tandem with the photographer's order dispatch time frames and overdue orders monitor facility.
How Will It Help? Giving customers the option to check order progress online instils confidence in your whole online ordering process and saves you time dealing with related queries.
